The best of my huge collection

I have way too many black backpacks. Direct quote from my wife… With that out of the way, I can tell you this is not only one of my favorite, but it is the bag that I’m using this moment on a week trip to California. I am not using it as my suitcase, however, I am using it as my computer bag/general carry bag. It is large enough on the inside to carry several days worth of clothes if need be and organized enough on the outside and all directions to organize and stow all of the other items that you take on a trip . The bag is exceptionally well-made and you never fear the zippers coming off the track or seems coming undone. I loaded this one up to the brim and it settled perfectly on my shoulders.

I highly recommend it!!

Amazing customer service

So I bought a backpack which in and of itself is high-quality. I also ordered some black Union Jack patches. There was some kind of mixup and ended up with American patches. Nothing wrong with that since I do live in California after all. But I am a Brit and I wanted the British flag. Dealing with Customer service was in a word fantastic. Fast efficient…. apologetic even though no apologies Were necessary. And they made good… even sent me an extra flag as a thank you. I have nothing but praise and thanks for the customer service . This bag is exceptional. I’ve tried a lot. The computer pouch is great - though they should have a strap on the extra pocket to prevent putting the computer on the shallow side.
